This painting was created exclusively using pastel pencils. This approach slows down the process, enabling a softer more atmospheric style.
 
Pastel pencil on sanded paper. Original 12" x 16" painting is set under a 1" white frame using spacers under protective, non-reflective glass for a total size of approximately 14" x 18".
