Flowers that peak toward the end of summer have no time to waste. With autumn at the gate, waves of late-blooming flowers in this field took turns under the spotlight. 
 
Soft pastel on sanded paper. Original 12" x 16" painting has been matted and framed under protective, non-reflective glass for a finished size of 16" x 20".
